WSU and Mail & Receiving Services will be closed in honor of Martin Luther King Day, January 20th.

• UPS, Fedex, Amazon direct delivery (TBA tracking numbers); DHL, and local delivery couriers will continue to make their deliveries throughout the closure period, directly to the residence halls.

Our Mission:

Mail and Receiving Services is dedicated to serving, enhancing, and exceeding the mailing and receiving needs of students, faculty and staff.  The department seeks to provide the most time and operationally efficient services, maintain cost effectiveness, ensure timely and accurate delivery of mail and related services, and provide quality customer service.  The department strives to reduce operational postage costs incurred by the University while simultaneously increasing the ability to better serve and meet the needs of their customers.
