Incoming shipments

Priority overnight incoming packages and shipments are delivered between 10:30am and 12:30pm daily. Ground and non-time sensitive deliveries are typically delivered between 1:30-4:30 daily. Please contact us at (313) 577-2377 for further information regarding deliveries.

Central Receiving will accept all authorized shipments delivered to us. The packing slip/freight bills are checked for accurate address, carton count, and the overall condition of the shipment. All shipments are checked for overages or shortages.

Shipments may be refused if damaged or if not adequately contained for internal handling and forwarding. If a shipment exceeds the limitations of our vehicles we may request the delivery to be made directly.
