Incoming mail is delivered throughout WSU's network of building locations once daily, between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., Monday - Friday.

Incoming mail addressed to WSU is picked up twice daily from our USPS location at 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. We are proud to say that mail is sorted and delivered within 8 business hours of reception*.

*Unspecified or undeterminable mail recipients or locations may take additional research time to determine recipients. Please visit the Location Verification and/or Change of Name links to ensure your profile is accurate. In addition, please confirm your Pipeline profile is up to date as well.

Outbound mail is picked up from your locations once daily and it occurs during our AM delivery.
