Mail and Receiving Services acts as a central hub for used surpluses of interdepartmental envelopes. This service of supplying the campus with used interdepartmental mail envelopes is reliant upon the campus community providing us with their used surpluses. Without your participation in this process we have low to zero to reuse for requests. So depending on our available stock, your requests may go unfilled.

If you have a surplus, please rubber band them together, place a note on it stating "surplus" or "extra" and place in your outbound mail.
