Getting Your Package on the Move
After you've prepared your package for shipping it's time to get it on the move. Creating a shipment using the FedEx.com website DOES NOT automatically schedule a pick-up. Please follow one of the options below to make sure your package departs on time.
FedEx Office Stores: If you prefer to drop the package off at one of the conveniently located FedEx Office stores on campus or near your home, follow this link https://www.fedex.com/locate/index.html?locale=en_US# to locate FedEx Office store closest to you.
FedEx Drop Boxes: If you prefer to drop your package into one of the drop boxes located on campus, follow this link https://www.fedex.com/locate/index.html?locale=en_US# and select drop box shipping. Please note the pick-up time of the drop box you've selected on the website to ensure that you have not missed the day's last pickup. Pick-up times are also located on the drop boxes. Drop boxes are only to be used for express shipments and are intended for small packages and letters. If you have a larger package or are using a service other than Next Day or 2nd Day express please follow one of the other options discussed below.
Daily Pick-ups: If your building/department has a daily pickup, prepare your shipment and leave it in the spot designated by your building for the driver.
Desktop Pick-ups: You may also schedule a desktop pick-up via FedEx.com. When a package is scheduled for pick up a FedEx driver is sent to your office to pick up your shipment. Be sure to enter the appropriate pick-up information accurately to ensure a quick pick-up. You can also call FedEx Shipping at 1-800-463-3339. You will need your FedEx account. Your FedEx account was included in your welcome email. It is also listed on your FedEx invoice.
Invoice Payments
Invoices are paid via DPR, Blanket Purchase Order or Procard.
